Tons of Reblooming Pink Roses

Making a rich impression for the past 50 years, the Queen Elizabeth Rose is known for its profusion of pink roses. She lives up to her name, boasting elegant color worthy of a royal estate. Plus, it’s the second-largest rose after the Peace Rose.

Even better? It’s perfect for cut flower arrangements. The multi-layered, incredibly aromatic blooms of Queen Elizabeth Rose make it the perfect centerpiece. Forget bouquets from online retailers when your own garden is delivering color as you’ve never seen!

Queen Elizabeth thrives in an effortlessly pleasing habit and requires virtually no upkeep, season after season. In fact, it’s a winner of the All-America Selection in 1955…and one of the very few roses to grow in popularity since its introduction over half a century ago.

The crowning glory of Queen Elizabeth is her exquisite pink blooms. Known as a Grandiflora Rose, meaning ‘large-flowered’, the blooms are unlike any you’ve seen before: They grow high and perfectly-shaped, with almost 40 petals on each bloom and exquisite fragrance. And the Queen blooms throughout the season, with the first surge coming in the spring to early summer.

But it’s not only good-looking…unlike other varieties, Queen Elizabeth has excellent disease resistance and can easily thrive in cold temperatures. Plus, Queen Elizabeth reaches 5 to 10 feet high but only 3 feet wide, providing a columnar look that suits tight spaces, containers, and borders around foundations.

Good luck finding this variety anywhere else! We’ve planted, grown and shipped your Queen Elizabeth Rose with unmatched care and a head start on growth.

Other big-box retailers sell bare-root roses, with their canes dipped in wax…destined to eventually die back.

But when you order from Brighter Blooms, you get a healthy, 3-gallon Queen Elizabeth Rose, grown and shipped in nutrient-rich soil.

Don’t wait until they’re gone…Queen Elizabeth is developed to perfection. Order your Queen Elizabeth Rose today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Select a spot with well-drained soil and full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day).

Plant your rose in a hole twice as wide but just as deep as the root ball. Water immediately to establish roots. Add a 3-inch layer of mulch to prevent weeds.

If you’re planting in a container, select a pot that’s about twice the size of your plant’s shipped container and use organic soil. Place your rose, water to settle its roots, and find a sunny spot on your porch or patio to place your container.

2. Watering: Water weekly, or check the surrounding soil. When the soil is dry about 3 inches down, it’s time to water your rose.

If your rose is container-planted, water until you see it flowing from the drainage holes at the bottom.

3. Fertilizing: Feed with a liquid rose fertilizer, once in the spring and once in the summer. Follow the instructions on the package.

4. Pruning: Other than for shaping purposes, no pruning is required for your Queen Elizabeth Rose.
